Additional damage done to front of car which was dismissed as, "that just happens when we jostle stuff around." Fine, whatever. But the driver's side mirror was also broken which was first passed off as "not our fault". Then using the picture taken at drop-off, tried to falsely say that it was there already, which it obviously was not. After hemming and hawing, they agreed to replace the mirror, but I'm still waiting for a week later. The ONLY redeeming aspect was when the vehicle was initially looked at, associate named Josh had a guy rig up a partial side mirror out of the broken mirror to use while I was waiting on my appointment.
That being said, I will never use Abra again and will make sure to steer people away from using Abra in the future.
