I have never had such good customer service. It started with Mary answering your phone then meeting Drew who gave me such confidence about leaving my car. Then Mike who called me everyday to keep me updated with the process. I never had to worry about anything. Everyone was great. There was a snafu with the rental, which I only decided on taking a couple of days before bringing my car in. Fortunately, I work next door and wasn't bothered by waiting a few hours for a car. I probably would have felt differently if that had not been the case. Overall, I thought the process went as it should have and, from what I can tell, the work done was top-notch. Thank you to everyone on your team.

Overall the experience went well. However my rental car reservation was not arranged and ready for me when I dropped my car off. I was scheduled for an 8 am drop off, but my car was reserved for 10 am with Enterprise. Because of this, I was late to work.
