Susie need to get more human contact training so she does not offend customers , was told that I did not answer my phone by 2 Abra staff to reschedule and I told her really I did not get the messages , it turned to be they were leaving the messages to my work phone Also when she arrived to drop the car she surprised that I need to deposit 50 dollar for the car which enterprise did not mention still I gave her my card and she said since its debit card it's has to be 250 I said I don't have the 250 she said then I have to take the car back , and then said ok let me cal enterprise and they told her since its via inruranxe it's only 50 Also when she called me saying the car is ready I said good she said kind harshly but I have to get 500 deductible sound like I'm not trustworthy That's all

My car looks great. However, there was a tool bag left in the drivers side floor of my car. I'm not sure if it is mine or from the shop? It might be from my car, looks like a wrench to get the lug nuts off the wheel. The bag is empty, no tools are in it.
