I was very pleased with my experience at Abra in Plymouth. Chris kept me updated on the status of my car in a way I could understand easily. The repair of my car was completed earlier than expected and my pick up time was moved up. I was able to pick up my car at the most convenient time for me. My car looks great and I’ll definitely bring my car back for any future repairs!

Very happy with the work completed and timeline for the repairs.
Communication could be improved. The automatic text messages were not helpful and actually a little annoying to hope you’re getting an update but turns out to be an automatic message without any real info. I had to call to get any real updates on the status of the repairs.

They explained what would be done when I took the car in for estimate. Explained there might be other damage to be found once work began. The time frame for repair was expected to be more than a week - and I assume they don't want to over-promise and under-deliver, but the car was in on Monday and I was driving it on Friday. Highly professional. I haven't had body work done on a car for two decades. Things have changed. Received text updates throughout the process. The front desk people were also very good. Always wanted to know if I had questions.
