There were communication issues. Original quote included trying to use the existing bumper. When that approach didn’t work, the quote was increased to add a new bumper. After 8 days being in the shop they said it would be done on Friday. I showed up to pick up the car per emails. Nothing was done with the car. Including the fender repair. Agent said the fender would be reworked...the quote was for a complete repair of the fender. They told me they made the decision to not fix the fender since it needed a new bumper. I certainly was not consulted nor would I have agreed to not fix the fender. Overall, it was not a positive experience. So far the end result is fine but waaay too many communities issues! Would be happy to discuss further!
