The staff was very helpful and professional!
The only drawback: I was told, I would hear from the team as the work progressed to know the
status of costs, completion date etc and that did not happen. I called several times to check the status and on one of those calls, was told my car was completed. It would have been better for me if the team had never said to expect updates if they were not going to happen. Do what you say or don't say it :)
If the needs arises, I would use Team Toyota again.

- Car took waaay longer than the initial estimate. Estimation should have accounted for availability of parts, better assessment of the paint required.
- Car received a small new scratch which was only addressed at pickup. Crew should have done a walkaround with the intake paperwork to check for new nicks.
- Car had smear of paint or clearcoat or wax on C-pillar which should have been noted in a final walkaround before pickup
Neil was very good about communication; kept us updated on the status as much as reasonable and helped us work with the insurance co.
Despite the special factory metallic paint color, paint shop did an excellent job matching it.
As far as I can tell, car is as good as new; no new rattles, bangs, etc.
Not a bad experience, but not a great experience. Good overall.
