I thought the service was great all the way until I actually picked my car up. The repairs weren't complete and they damaged things that weren't replaced. I will now have to contact the insurance adjustor and try to attempt to get them to pay for repairs for things not fixed here in Virginia. What was once going to be a good review is not a horrible review. I am very disappointed in the lack of concern when i expressed that the car was not finished. The company knew my urgency and had more than enough time. This company has now costed me more money and time that I do not have.
