The work done on the area damaged by the deer looks great BUT they also repaired a dent on the liftgate which had nothing to do with the deer. I was thrilled when I opened the liftgate and saw that repaired.

(****) Appreciated the ride back to work after dropping off the car. Can't remember his name, but I enjoyed learning about the auto body business from the guy from Costa Rica who drove me.
(2) I was doubtful that the speckled paint color on the car would be able to be identically matched, but you did it. I can't tell the difference at all. Nice paint job!
(3) Appreciated the car being done the day after I dropped it off.
(4) Really appreciated the email updates on the progress on the car. Being without a car is tough enough, but when you don't know what's going on with it or when you'll get it back, that unknown is stressful. You guys kept me "in the know" the entire time the car was in your shop. That communication was so helpful.
(5) The front desk staff was nice, efficient, and helpful. Thanks for keeping my backpack safe when I accidentally left it in your lobby!

The Zamora Auto Body Team was very professional and prompt in dealing with my claim and repair. All steps of the process were thoroughly explained to me and then performed accordingly. The repair was promptly and satisfactorily performed. I particularly appreciated the extended courtesies including cleaning both the outside and the inside of my car (locating my missing ear rings in the process) and performing a free buffing of a mess I had made with touchup paint in a previous unrelated incident.
