I was told my car would be ready in Tuesday. I called my geico rep to get an update and he told me I would be contacted after their 12 pm meeting. I didn't hear anything until Wednesday afternoon. It was fine that it took an extra day. I just would have liked to know that. I work in Sterling, Va and wasn't able to get my van until Thursday morning.

The service is unprofessional. Upon arrival of picking up my supposed repaired car I inspected to find trunk would not shut properly whereupon I was told problem "could be fixed in 5 minutes". "Problem" should have never existed if car had been properly inspected. Not only did I have to take time away from work but I knew "problem" would be longer than 5min.
