First impressions of customer service of all employees I dealt with was superb. Same goes for initial workmanship. Long term durability of work is yet to be seen however, so far I'm extremely pleased. In addition to the repair, the full car cleaning inside and out was a great plus and much appreciated! ****- still gap in back door. 2-Sand dust thru out vehicle 3-have insurance box on truck- shows fast acceleration. 4- broken clip off windshield post. 5- spoiler on back missing **** clip and other screw wasn't tighten because no washer - a 50 cent washer to hold spoiler together. I questioned the door post at the appraisal- above and below the damaged post is a nice L shape. Where damage it's a gap and rolled around post instead of an L and still has chips where the metal was worked out but not hing done inside the door jam.
