Everyone was all smiles and pleasant to deal with. When I noticed an area on the vehicle that had been missed, Jerry took the vehicle back into the shop to buff out the area in question. In less than 10 minutes I was on my way. Only complaint is that I'm a non-smoker and the rental stunk very strongly of cigarettes. I Febreeze the fabric 3x in the rental, but couldn't get rid of the odor. Very unpleasant, but it should be a little better now lol.
