Service was excellent. The individuals at the front desk were a pleasure to work with. The only complaint that I have is that my car was a half hour late. I was told to pick it up at 430 bit it was not ready until 5. Other than that every thing was great and i will recomend Zamora's to my friends.

The damage to my car was pretty clear and Herberth had circled the entire side where the scratches were for repair. The day of pickup I was given the paperwork and they key. No one showed me to the car to explain what was done. I immediately saw that 4 of the main scratches, which had been circled for repair had not been removed. We ended up leaving the car and it took 5 more days for the body work to be completed. Once we left Zamoras the car was not driving the way it usually does. I dropped th car off on our way home from Zamoras to our mechanic. My daughter noticed that the door handle on the interior right side sliding passenger door was broken. I have not had a chance to see it because the car is still at the shop. My son and husband confirmed it was broken. It was not broken on the day we came to originally pick up. In fact, Herbeth used that handle to open the door and look at the window that had somehow been cracked in the inside. My kids insist that the cracks were not there before we brought the car in. I can not be sure of that because I don’t often go in the back of my car. However the door handle was definitely in proper working condition. I assume the handle was broken during the painting, not sure if they had to remove the door for painting or not. I plan to address this once we pick the car up from the shop and I am able to get a better look at the handle. Other then the above issues and clear miscommunication with Herberth, I was very pleased with the front desk staff, the efficiency of the car rental and quick transactions I had at the desk.
