First, Lori Nelson, the Customer Service Rep was awesome. My appointment was erroneously canceled by my insurance company and not realizing it, I still showed up to drop my truck off. She scrambled and managed to get things straightened out and still fit me in, and was awesome in following up on the status of it in order to get the truck returned to me as quickly as possible. She's my hero!
I've always used Abra for our vehicle repairs and the work is always excellent as was the case this time as well. The staff is always great at sending out regular updates as to the status of the repair.
