After finally getting things sorted at Abra it was a great experience.
Was a little disappointed when I scheduled for actual estimate and they didn’t have me on the books and they had my information at another Abra that I never
Said I was going to that one.
Otherwise nice guys to work with, front desk gals they were “ok” not completely
welcoming.

I drove it home and the engine b lock heater cord is dragging on the ground. It was not secured to anything. You guys usually do great work that's why I come to you, but if you couldn't fix the cord did you miss anything else???

My vehicle had what appeared to be some type of resign on the rear quarter panel. There also was sprayed paint on the other quarter panel that went unnoticed by the detailers. I left the car at ABRA so they could address these issues. It makes me wonder the level of craftsmanship being done on those areas that cannot be seen if those areas most visible are poorly done.
