Everything went very smoothly from start to finish. I can't even tell anything happened to my vehicle. Everything was coordinated well too from the insurance claim to the rental car company. Good job everyone.

I was quoted 20 dollars a day to rent a car and it ended up being 50 dollars a day to rent a car.
I would have appreciated a more honest quote up front. That's a big difference in price.

I was a little confused on how my insurance adjusters estimate would work with Abra. I was one of those people who needs more simply worded explanation of process & why they kept saying, my car "should be ready, but didn't commit to when it would be done.
