The estimate was almost to the penny of the work performed. This is an excellent demonstration that the estimator is educated as to the work that's needed, and the work did not exceed the estimate. I was kept informed, which is awesome, because I do not like surprises when it comes to this kind of work. And - the car was sparkling clean (in and out) when I picked it up = BONUS!!!! This is one happy woman. Thank you, ABRA!
