2 things.
**** - I gave the name of the company that had done my cars clear bra, but a different company was used because it was more convienent for ABRA. They did a noticibly inferior job and charged 500 vs the 300 Bravo had changed me before. So I, or my insurance company, paid 200 more for work of inferior quality. I am disappointed that ABRA made that choice for me.
2. My estimate for for 3 days to repair. It took 4 so I had extra rental car expense. I also asked to get the car at 3 but felt like I got the brush off - it will be ready at 5, but we will call - never got a call when it was done, I just showed up at 5 to get it.
I dealt with David mostly and he was good to work with. I do not know who made the choice to use the subcontractor that was used, but it was a very poor choice. In this case they overcharged and did inferior work.
