When you guys are shipping someone's car for repairs at another location because original shop didn't have time. I think the receiving shop should have to call owner and let them know that their car was shipped safely. My car was shipped and I didn't hear from receiving shop until after 5 days of receiving my car. 3 of those days were 4th of July weekend. I had to call on Monday just to make sure my car made it safe. But besides that my experience was wonderful Nice staff. and love the text updates!!
