The repair took longer than I would've ever anticipated (7 business days (9 total) for cosmetic work only, no engine repairs, etc.) I was told I would receive text updates and did not. I was told I would get calls at certain times or day, so I tried to make myself available at work to answer during those times. I twice ended up calling to get the updates because I didn't receive the promised calls on time. My father ended up stopping in to complain about this, and suddenly the calls came on time and the car was finished earlier than anticipated (I was told likely Friday, it was finished Thursday.) while I was happy to get the car, I personally believe that because I am a young woman, I wasn't taken as seriously, and neither was my call, until a male stepped in. The customer service rep was nice, and tried to make us happy, but this wasn't a positive experience. During my initial inspection, we did not look inside my door jams. When I got home after getting the car back, I opened the door to find scratches. When I called, I was told that these were noted on the initial inspection. I did not participate in these being noted or added, as the doors weren't opened during the inspection. I don't want to engage in a he-said she-said argument, but I do believe that these dings were caused in the shop. I will be taking my car elsewhere to fix this to avoid more trouble. My family has had good experiences with ABRA before, but likely won't be back.

Just a great job on my car, thank you! I would like to let you know the Midas you took my car to didn't replace a bolt that would have held my tire on! The tire could have come off, possibly seriously injuring me and my kid. Lucky I took it to my repair shop the next day. They really messed up.

The glass on the inside of the car was left much, much worse. Someone apparently tried to wash it but left terrible streaks over everything.

Very pleased with professional staff and the superior service. The car was repaired quickly with precision to detail. Plus as an added benefit the interior of the car was cleaned! Who does that anymore?! Culdnit be more satisfied. Drew was superb!

There is no point in contacting me, i will not be satisfied. My technician barely communicated with me unless i myself provoked a conversation through email or phone call. When he did contact me, he would tell me things were getting done that had not been, doing thibgs that really made no sense in the repair process along with taking days, sometines a full week just to reorder parts that were not to spec.

10/10, great work. Very communicative and helpful. Car looks good as new.
