The end product and repair - 100% satisfied. The car looks great!!
What I was not satisfied with was the communication. Their text message updates were not going through to me, and they didn’t call me to give me updates when the text messages were not working. It ended up that I did an extra trip to their shop when the vehicle wasn’t completely done. They did not tell me before I made the trip to their shop that it wasn’t completely done (and they still needed my permission to proceed on the second repair).
All said and done though, again, the repair and car look great!
