Just like with my van, my car was a complete wreck after your trained QC staff failed to notice a damaged door panel whichwas obvious before I even stepped into the vehicle. The other door panel is the same. Upon closer inspection by me, I noted that several pieces of trim were put on wrong and appeared to be put together hastily. In addition, the roof fabric appears to have been subject to oil and dirt from the hands of a trained employee. There was no inspection at all and even though the manager said they would try to remedy it, all that needed to happen was for an employee to actually inspect the car as promised. I could've been a happy customer. Simply unacceptable workmanship and care.
