I had set up my repair while on vacation to be done upon my return
I came for my appt. and the part was not there yet. I had asked to
Be contacted if there were a problem and no one called. The part
arrived damaged and that was not their fault. I was offered the
Opportunity to come and have the part put on and then come back for the
Other part. I opted to do both together and was told it would be there today.
No one contacted me to tell me it was there so I called and went in right away.
At that point it was fixed promptly by a very nice tech. I feel that the communication was less than it should have been. And I should have been contacted prior to my initial appt. so I would not have gone to the shop when the part was not there.

I was told by my insurance guy that my car was going to be completey detailed Inside and out. After picking up my car I realizes that there is a white film in all of my air vents and peices of glass that still remain on my leather seats; there is also a black mark on my driver seat (white leather) that was not there when I dropped off my car. Also while looking at my car I noticed that there is white residu build up everywhere on the outside.. There are still some deep scratch marks near my sunroof that were neglected to be fixed even though the sun roof was replaced..As of the hood of my car it is not aligned properly, and it is clearly noticeable.. The brand new windshield that was installed into my car has scratches near the top corner on the passenger side. There are other numerous scratches throughout my car that are noticeable.. I was told that seeing how my car is a 2013 that they wanted to make my car look just as good if not better then the day I bought it, i honistally feel that this was far from being accomplished.
