This was my first experience with Abra and was not sure what to expect as I had little time to do any research online for getting autobody repairs to my vehicle after a recent accident. But John at Abra was very attentive and kept me posted of all developments on the car. It was also done extremely fast and I was able to pick my vehicle up within 2 days. The parts were pretty much ordered that same afternoon that I dropped off my car.

My car was repaired promptly and seemed to be OK. However, after about two weeks, an additional mechanical problem appeared. This was repaired the same day. This week another mechanical problem showed up. Again Abra arranged to have it fixed the same day. Abra handled all the insurance issues, etc with minimal inconvenience to me. I have used Abra for years and will continue to do so.
