Tyler was amazing! He restored my trust in ABRA once I finally got connected with him. It was disappointing that I was shuffled around a lot when calling the first few times and talking with different (nice tho) people in what seemed to be a call center, as they could never connect me with someone at the actual location where I was trying to take my car. If I had not been connected to Tyler, who was sincerely interested in making sure to get my car in pronto, especially considering the long wait just to get an assessment, I would have taken my Acura to my regular repairman who is located just blocks away and offered to help me right away (and at what ended up being a lower price), knowing I am a single mom with two boys who need mom to drive them everywhere. We thank God that when we couldn't get into ABRA, the owner of CS Audi offered to loan us a beautiful car while we waited, which ended up being about 10 days! Then thanks to Tyler and John the mngr, we got the shattered window replaced and things taken care of in a few days. Our car was clean and smelled good when we got it back, which was a huge relief after driving a gorgeous new Audi and knowing our car was looking and feeling awful when we finally got to take it in. Tyler and John were fantastic, and the rest of the staff was professional and very nice to work with. Tyler's exceptional service will have me back when our family needs car repair in the future, and he is a true asset to your company!!! Victoria S

The first gentleman we dealt with was always promising to get in touch with us in a couple of days. After two visits to Abra we sort of gave up on this guy. When we took our car in, we learned he was no longer there. The next gentleman we dealt with was very good. Communicated with us ****-2 days every week our car was at Abra.

Without a doubt the most professional and timely work I have ever had done on our cars! Great communication for the entire process. No need to call to get updates.
