I was amazed at the level of service provided. I was contacted by Chad every day to update me on the repair status, which was very important to me. Furthermore, he set a repair date expectation, but did not promise anything, which made me feel much more comfortable, as I understood the repairs would be done right instead of being rushed to meet a deadline. The whole staff made me feel like they valued me choosing their shop, and that made me feel very comfortable. This is an amazing repair shop, and my car looks new again! There is a highly talented group of Abra employees at 1000 American Blvd in Bloomington, MN, and I will be singing their praises to anyone I know who is in need of quality auto repairs! Truly a level 10 experience.

Just had one issue when I left. The car was vacuumed (which was great!), but when the technician replaced the floor mats after vacuuming, it was placed OVER the gas pedal. Unfortunately I did not realize this until I was trying to stop, and it seemed like the car was just getting more and more gas and I couldn't seem to stop! I was on a freeway off ramp so luckily it occurred to me that the gas pedal seemed stuck before I had to completely stop, and I looked down at the pedal and saw the floor mat was wedged over the gas pedal. I yanked it out in time to stop. Next time might want to check that!
Otherwise my experience was great.
