My kids hit a deer with their car. It was on the right side the quarter panel headlight area. They got it back on the 14th of December. Last night when they were driving it the blinker was shorting out. Comes on when it wants to. Not won't work at all. There is a roll of tape underneath the hood still electrical tape. I'm some stuff that's electrical tape together doesn't look really good and I don't know why were electrical taping set back together not just putting a brand new piece in there like it should be. That is why I am dissatisfied with my experience. Otherwise the people in that office are great in the one in Eagan Minnesota

Let’s me start with what was good/ the car looked good/ the quality of the workmanship was impressive and the thing looked like new. Now what was wrong: the accident happened on the 15th and the soonest we could drop it off was the 29th. Ok long wait, but I get it , you’re busy. But then, when I dropped off the car no one had the right information and were confused about what I needed. You had the car for nearly two weeks in that shop and I received very little communication - I shouldn’t have to be calling to see what’s going on the day my rental car is being returned- you should be calling me and keeping me updated. Overall because of the long waits for the initial appointment and the work time, m my car was out of commission for almost an entire month- I’m sure you can understand this is very frustrating especially when we were not at fault for the accident. While I’m sure it could have been much worse, I was not satisfied with my experience because of the long wait and poor communication and will likely try a different shop for future incidents.

My only complaint is when I make an appt to get my vehicle fixed and bring it in it should be repaired within 3-4 days as promised. I dropped my truck in the shop on 11/20/18 it wasn't ready until 5:30 the evening of the 28th. I understand not working on it on the 22nd (thanksgiving) however I dropped by the shop on the evening of the 23rd and it was still outside and hadn't been touched. It didn't even get started on until Monday the 26th I was using a rental car however really could have used my truck over Thanksgiving weekend when it wasn't being fixed. My point here is if I have an appt. To have my vehicle fixed I would expect it be stared on as soon as I bring it in.
