The staff was efficient and professional. The car was ready before the date given. The woman at the front counter (sorry I don't remember her name), who was juggling customers, was particularly pleasant, helpful, and professional. All was coordinated seamlessly with the insurance and car rental. A bonus … the interior of the car was cleaned which it needed and washed. These I did not expect.
