Sarnan, Katie and the crew exceeded my expectations in record breaking cold temperatures. Sarnan kept me versed on everything from start to finish. Katie was personable and professional throughout all contact. Though I just got the car, the panels look brand new which speaks highly about the crew. They even buffed an unrelated spot as a courtesy to me. The turnaround time was very quick. I had difficulty getting a ride to pick up the car, but your GM and another fellow delivered it right after I was able to handle payment via the phone. You definitely will be recommended by me. This experience would not be rated 10s in every category, but rather 11s. Thank you, Barb
