They did good work as far as i can see.But I personally chose them for my repair work I simply asked them to reattach my rear defroster cable which they did not do and they intentionally avoided me on subject.It would of took 2 minutes very dissapointed and i have a very large friend and family base that will no longer be doing bussiness with Joe Basil Corey K

I thought the texting service was great but you stopped updating it when it mattered most at the end. you said you'd call if anything changed but didn't when you moved my date back two days on the day it was due to be done (and then weren't even done THAT day and didn't update the text or call me). And the few times I called to figure out when it would be done I was lied to because my first two calls, each person told me it was being put back together and then detailed that say, but that didn't happen until Friday (day before I picked it up) according to the gentleman I spoke to that day. I get things take time and I didn't care how long you guys took to do the job - I just don't like being lied to or not kept in the loop. Your texts are just fine and save both of us from making phone calls! Lastly the work done for the most part was excellent BUT there is a spot that is clearly over buffed because it shows a permanent spot that's lighter (about the size of a half dollar coin). I didn't see it when we picked it up Saturday because it was raining out and the car was covered in rain drops but noticed it Sunday evening.

I had called and requested a 21 point free check on my vehicle. I figured since my car was there anyway, incase i needed any other repairs. When I picked up my car this wasnt done and the shop was closed already. I know its no big deal but would have been nice. (Kill 2 birds with one stone)Everything else was a superior experience.
