I had a small damage on a front bumper.They had to paint it..4 times we were coming to pick it up and ask them to repaint it since they always missed couple spots or had a paint dripped all over.The last time we came to pick it up they finally painted it ok, but didn't place a bumper back correctly.It was hanging out at one side...We called an assosicate to fix it..He did, but scratched the paint near that spot..Too bad we saw it next day only.

My trunk does not work properly. It worked before the repair (after the accident it still worked), and does not work properly now. Was told on the phone that they would not fix it. Also, my trunk was left a mess (trunk carpet not properly reinstalled after repair) Cargo hooks in trunk broken during repair and not replaced.

I was extremely satisfied. However, I was under the impression that I would receive a loaner vehicle while my lease was at the body shop and this was never offered to me. As a loyal custom of basil chevy and one who chose to have the repairs done at basil, I though this would be offered and it was not.

Took SEVEN business days for my Audi to get a new bumper and some paint work. I tried talking my GEICO agent out of getting repairs here but they convinced me to and I do regret it. The men at the GEICO facility in the back were very friendly and helpful but the excuse of "paint infection" for my car to be gone for a week doesn't cut it. I understand things happen, whatever it's below my expectations. Also, my pick up date got rescheduled three separate times and no one told me why until I called to find out. To top it off when I walk in to pick my car back up there is easily 10 employees standing around and takes 90 seconds to two minutes for an employees to even acknowledge me! Maybe it's because I'm 19 and they think I'm a piss head kid that I don't deserve to be respected and treated as an adult/valued customer? I can guarantee that I will never being doing any form of business with any Joe Basil establishment and will be telling others about how bad my expierenece was here as well.
