We came to Joe Basil because we thought we could trust your collision dept. We were told the car would be done on the 5th , I called to ask when I could pick the car up and was told it was in the paint booth and was just completed. I drove by to see that the car was outside and not completed. After being lied to on 4 different occasions finally I demanded an explanation and Ryan took it from there trying to salvage everything. We ask to have the car completely buffed and have a fog lamp fixed. The bill was 220 and we were only asked to pay 97. I'm still very upset we even had a bill, why because you had our vehicle for over a month and 2 and a half weeks longer than we were told. I had to drive my wife to work daily because she didn't feel safe in winter conditions in the rent a car. Feel free to contact me and I can fill you in on the entire situation.

My car was given back to me dirty inside. It was not vacuumed out at all. Vents & dashboard loaded with dust. Back hatch inside had dirty footprints on rug. Outside of car was clean though.
