When i picked my car up battery was dead, had to recieve a charge. Which was helpful but later that day my battery was completely dead. I would think a dome light was left on.

Two weeks for 31.7 hours of work is way too long. Mazda6 is not an "exotic" vehicle. Headlamps were not level when I picked car up and I had to return the next day for correction. Haven't had a sunny day to check paint match yet.

At the time of picking up my car, there were quite a few issues that I saw in the condition of my vehicle (marker drawings still visible from Geico, scuff mark on spoiler, fish eyes in paint, chip/touch-up in fresh paint that was just painted, black clear coat peeling on window pillar, and black tape residue on the paint of the vehicle). I spoke with the man at the counter who completely understood where I was coming from. When I addressed my concerns to him, the man took my car back to resolve the issues that I had. Only to find out that he was able to only resolve a few of my issues. When attempting to buff out the fish eyes, the body repair technician burned through the paint, and therefore requires me to bring my vehicle back in for additional body work. The gentleman said that he would order the additional parts (sticker and tape) and repaint where the fish eyes were and give me a call when the parts come in so that I can drop my car off yet again. Upon getting home I further looked over my vehicle in my driveway and spotted a few more things regarding the paint and body of the vehicle. Such as the quarter panel appears to be a shade off in color and not 100% buffed, and my door is sagging thus not creating a fine body-line. On top of that, I noticed the following day that my trunk was never detailed and the inside could have used a little bit more attention to the detailing (dust etc). I thought I would be able to pick up my car and drive away as if my accident has never happened, but in this case I was unable to. Regards, Kevin M

The spray in bed liner was WAY thicker and rougher looking than the other side and does not match, plus it has a dripping appearance. There is also some kind of blob of something hard in the middle of the bed that was NOT there beforehand. The inside of the truck was not cleaned, it was a complete MESS! Collision dust and residue EVERYWHERE! VERY disappointing!
