16 Weeks and nothing but excuses! Forced us to change Thanksgiving plans and numerous weekend plans. Nothing on schedule. I would suggest that when you are aware that a customer is coming to pick up his RV after work has been performed and you know the day they are coming; that someone check it out and start it up the day before or the morning of, to make sure everything is ready and working properly. It was frustrating to drive over 2 days and many miles with you knowing the date that we were arriving to have the batteries dead and the coach not checked out to make sure everything was in working order.
We do appreciate that you refunded our costs for the mobile technician that we had to call and the service that you provided to find that technician.
All of your staff are friendly, courteous, helpful and I'm sure the situation was uncomfortable for them also. Hopefully we all learned from this. I can assure you that I have gained even more valuable knowledge of my rolling home.
