They did a fantastic job on my 2005 Civic—looks like it did when it was new. They gave me an anticipated finish date and provided me with daily updates on the repair process. The job was completed on time and the car looks great. It was a fantastic experience and everyone in the office always treated me with the utmost courtesy. Staff were very friendly and helpful. To me the most important part was that our vehicle was the family car and with taking care of my elderly parents it was difficult for them to get in and out of my truck. I was satisfied to the max with service king. I was amazed about the time they took to not only to fix but to have picked up my car and seen that they had washwd, vacuumed, and made mt car look as if i had just bought it. I was so hapoy that i had to give thw gentleman a hug for all the hard work and kindness they all expressed to me and my husband. I didn't even have to deal with all the paperwork and calls with the insurance people because of the accident, they did it for me.
