I used a different service king previously and had a terrible experience so I was a little apprehensive about using them again. However, this time around I couldn't be more pleased! From the get go everyone was very friendly and professional! We soon as Edward knew I was going to need a supplement he called me and explained everything. I was always informed whether it was a phone call or the texts I received which was a problem I experienced in the past. I wasn't expecting to get my car back till next week. So getting the phone call that it was done a week early I was so excited. Being a young woman going into situations like this I'm usually talked down to or treated different. That didn't happen this time and to me that's important. I was nothing but happy with my experience and I will definitely recommend them.
