I called Tuesday at 10:30am to see if my car was going to be ready because I had received a automated text message that said the repairs were nearly complete. No one called me back. I called again at 4 PM and was put in touch with Roman. He told me the car wasn’t going to be ready unti Friday. He said the texts were just automated and wrong. So why bother sending them? The next day I got a voicemail from Roman saying the car was finished, but of course had made no plans to be able to leave work to pick it up. I paid by credit card over the phone and picked up the car after hours. After seeing the car in daylight my husband intends to bring it back to you Friday afternoon.
