I've only had my car back for one day so far so good the only bad thing I have to say about this whole experience is your front desk help not sure of her name Marie maybe doesn't matter bad experience with her great experience with everyone else..she didn't seem to have the knowledge or to care about giving people information on what they need to know during their experience there and at the end of their time with you it would be a great idea to have a meeting with her and maybe explain to her to let the customers know what they need to do by the end of their visit example paying the deductibleat the time of picking up the car instead of pretending like people are supposed to know rolling her eyes is not very professional
