Although the service itself was excellent, I was surprised that it took 2 ****/2 days
The appointment was made several weeks in advance so a part could be obtained. It seems that the part may not have arrived yet since I took the car in at 7::30 and it was not ready until after three on Thursday I took the car in on Tuesday This was at least one day more than anticipated and cost one more rental day from Enterprise. Since I had called the day before my Tuesday appointment to be sure that they were still expecting me, I had assumed that if I arrived early on Tuesday that I may be able to

Very dissatisfied The original estimate was 1000 I got a call a few days later saying it would be increased to 2300 I was stunned I contacted my adjuster and he talked to the manager who said he would lower it to 1499.00 I waited over two weeks for what I was told would be four days The bill was 200 more than my adjuster was told and now my insurance is going up because the claim was over 1000.00 On top of that I asked them to replace a missing piece of trim and that was ignored I now have to make another trip to plaza to get the trim replaced In addition the person that called me from plaza was rude

Chris did everything he could to properly fix my car and get it back to me as soon as he could but due to a design issue with parts my car is still not repaired. i am disappointed that Mercedes did not take action to getting the right parts to the collision center to fix my personal problem while they work on the apparent design issues they are having.
