My only dissatisfaction was the lack of communication. Although I opted for email updates I did not receive anything and had to call to request them again. Then I received an email stating my car would be ready on Tuesday July 8th and that I would be contacted if it wasn't ready. I took time out of my schedule to be prepared to be there- and it wasn't until I called in rout just to verify that it was ready- I was told it was not ready and wouldn't be ready until the next day. A bit frustrating.
However the actual repair looks flawless and your enterprise rental car employees were excellent!

Upon arriving to pick up my vehicle, I noticed that the door that was replaced during the repair did not unlock when I pressed the button on my key, but all other doors did unlock (as they were not repaired ). I went back into the front desk and advised the ladies, and they stated that they would have someone call me to see what can be done tomorrow.
I feel that this is a small detail that was overlooked during the repair process, that will require my return to this facility for additional repairs.
Unfortunately, I do not have the easiest work schedule to plan around, and this causes me much frustration.
I hope to hear from someone who can resolve this issue.

I am extremely satisfied with the quality of the repair job completed on my Lexus. I will definitely have any future repairs done at Plaza.
I do have one concern regarding the email repair update notification process. I initially received daily updates on the repair status but after several days they stopped. I had to call daily to get an update. I would hope that this notification process could be improved.
