The "View Malfunction" indicator is on with the front end camera that was part of this front end repair. I'll bring it back in on Monday but why do I have to spend my time and travel expense to remedy what surely should have been addressed during this repair? It is the exact reason why I came to the more expensive Plaza for this repair instead of the repair shop that my insurance company recommended.

I have a problem today I noticed after I pick my car up that I have a dent in my hood, my tire pressure light is on my light for the hood is showing that is opean after my car was in shop for almost month and a half I shouldn't have to go through all this right now I have a job and I can't take no more days off and I need a ride to work!!!! Parts were not ordered at time I had been told, therefore service did not start until more than a week after I presented the State Farm inspection report. Then I was not contacted when it was necessary for your team to ask State Farm to come out to approve additional work which required ordering another part. I left the car on Tuesday, July 8 and believe it was July 11 before I received any kind of email update. At that time completion was estimated on July 18 and I still had no idea why the repairs were taking so long. I received another email update early the week of July 14 and then on July 16 at 9:05 a.m. an email that things were still on target for 5 p.m. July 18. At 10:40 a.m. on July 16 I received an email saying that the completion for my car had been "updated" from 7/18 to 7/25 at 5 p.m. This led me to drive to the Collison Repair facility to find out what was going on. Kristen **** was kind enough to take the time to explain to me what had transpired and to apologize for the delay. I was very impressed with her professionalism and customer service orientation. And I was very pleased to learn from Kristen on 7/22 that overtime had been spent working on my car on 7/21 and that it would be ready at 5 p.m. on 7/22. I was pleased to be back in my own car last night -- and will always wonder how/why things were expedited. In the end everything turned out fine and I thank Kristen for her service and understanding. Thanks for "listening."

The time to make the repair (10days) and the lack of concern on the part of Plaza Collision Repair was atrocious. Total lack of reliable communication on the part of Plaza was unacceptable. Will not use Pkaza CR again and will inform AAA Insurance (my carrier) of my dissatisfaction. The work was great, but the staff(my service rep) was not good. 10 days for this repair is unacceptable.

The only downside was that my car was left outside and seemingly sap from a tree is on the windshield & I will have to work to remove it.
I would have liked for my team member to walk me to my car and show me the finished work.
