I opted for text updates and did not get a single one related to when my car would be ready. My car was vacuumed but I was expecting it to be cleaner than it was when I picked it up. The front office staff was not overly friendly to interact with. I will never take my car there again. I have had much better experiences elsewhere

Did not receive any updates for several days. When I called to check on our car I was told the part wasn't even there and they weren't ready for me to drop my car off. I dropped it off the day I was told to do so by the man doing my estimate. I was later told a completely different story when I said I was being charged for a rental when my car wasn't even being worked on. They had the car for almost two weeks. They asked my insurance for more money for additional repairs but we weren't even told what those repairs were until we picked it up. When we did get our car back we noticed the windshield had significant damage that wasn't there when we dropped it off. We are waiting for that to be repaired at no cost to us or our insurance company. Overall, not a good experience at all.
