In addition to the scheduled repair, I asked if you would check the trunk area and tell me how much it would cost to have some minor scratches repaired while you were working on the scheduled repair. I received a call from you explaining that the scratches could not be buffed out and the cost would be prohibitive. I appreciated your taking time to call me with the explanation.

Didn't clean paint properly on number grill and it is clearly visible. In my first look I mentioned it the person who gave keys to me and he cleaned it there. and for a highly rated collision center I didn't expect this.
Also thought they will at least wash my car and will give it to me as they did paint work
Changed bumper but I see color patches on front head lights.

I picked up the vehicle this evening at 5:30 pm. Got it on the highway around 5:45 pm and the LandRover has a major shimmy and vibration in the steering wheel while breaking and driving at highway speed.
