I want to say that now that I finally have my vehicle I am happy, but I am not and was not satisfied with the process or the people handling the process. I decided to go with your company because it is a preferred company with my insurer and because of what I was told the process would look like in the beginning. Even though the competitor stated the car would be ready in 4 days, I did not expect it to take 17 days for a door repair/replace:( I was asked if I wanted to receive regular email updates and I said, yes, of course, but they were not only inaccurate, I later learned from Erica, we should not rely on them because they are not coming to me from the right people. I found Erica nice while trying to gain my business, and borderline rude once I realized and expressed that I was not happy that the original 8 days to keep my car would turn out to be over double that many days. I guess as one who services customers, my expectations for clear communication and proper expectations set up front would be way too high for your company. In the future, I will go elsewhere. And I have already not suggested your company to one of my peers. Not because the workmanship is not supreme, but the process ****.
