The computer updates are excellent until they are wrong. At the end point they told me Turk was ready on Thursday when it wasn't and
then after Crew being behind on scheduled pick up on Monday, it wasn't ready until Friday.
Then enterprise told me I had to pay overtime, so had to straighten that out.
All times together gave me the reason to go to a smaller shop so I cud get it out before three weeks and get more communication as to status.
But Roger Williams overall did an excellent job on the truck and I can certainly overlook a few minor glitches in communication.
Overall I'm happy.

Was told car was ready. I turned in my rental, paid my deductible, and walked out to my car to find the rear view mirror had not been replaced, window tape had been torn and the wheel well cover was loose. Now I have to bring my car back on Friday & drive a loaner car.
Sorry but there seems to be a lack of professionalism in this part of the Roger Williams Auto business. My original choice was to take my car to Durant but my insurance guarantees RW Collision Center. I will be advising my insurance company of my disappointment.

The paint on the bumper did not match the car. **** scratch on the trunk was not repaired. **** scratch on DS rear quarter not repaired. Trunk was shifted at time of impact which was discussed with Progressive not repaired. Scratch on rear light lens. Rep came out to speak to me, these things were so obvious that quality control is lacking. Thank you for your time.

Because of the circumstances of my accident and our having to deal with the other guy's insurance, my husband and I made a lot of calls to the Collision Center and dropped by to check on progress. The "girls", Audrey and Roxie, went above and beyond in their practice of Customer Service, kindness and cordiality. Kevin, who was in charge of my repairs, worked hard to finally get the other guy's insurance to accept the twice-as-high costs above what that agent had visually determined and issued me a small check. Everyone was fantastic and empathetic. We would never have another center make body repairs on our vehicles.
