I was happy with the repairs. Cook's handled my case very professionally and the staff was very efficient and friendly.

It was nice being informed as the process went along. The only suggestion would be to be a little more accurate in the length of time it will take. I understand things come up, paint doesn't dry as quickly...but a few days different in the repair time was pretty big.

Everyone was very kind and the work was done faster than expected.

Where can I start. Very disappointed the first time I came to the place with my car I asked for u guys to look at my break n my vent on my car because they where making noise, I even have the paper with saying I told u guys about it. Well I got my car back n the breaks and the clicking was still their I made a appointment in December on a Monday I was like 10 min late and I was told can I come back another time that day ( because it's busy on a Monday well what's the point making an appointment)Well the problem with that I work long hours and when I I set an appointment I expect to be helped....unfortunately that didn't happened also my atene was missing when I got my car back I still have to go back n pick it up. Super unhappy with cooks collions. And to top it off I do not like the policy about calling before 12 and the rental has to be back. I also got charged 43 dollars because I was at work when I got the phone about my car being ready. What's bad about that is I told the ppl I was working with that I work in Rancho Cordova and it's not easy for me to get their. But of course no one listen to me becaus they where not listening to me as a customer. Very disappointed with cooks. Will not come back again I will be asking my insurance next time to go somewhere else

Very slow..... Poor communication with me during repair process. I had to call all the time for updates. Repair was completed as agreed it would be! Would not go back to this shop!
