I am very happy with the Repair that was done to my car. The paint job was excellent and the car was nice and clean. However the manager was very dishonest about conversations that took place and I feel that verbal communication with Cooks is very unsatisfactory. Conversations are type out only to benefit the company instead of the whole truth of our discussions.
