When I picked my car up it was making a ticking noise it didn't have before. Cooks said it needed oil and it was actually louder than before. I called USAA and they said they should have investigated the noise before releasing it. It didn't seem wise to drive it so I left it parked in front of the shop for the weekend. USAA wants a new quote for the repair of the tick. The oil was recently changed.

Everyone was very nice; however, the original estimate was for 3 maybe 4 days. Turned out to be 10 days. That was a significant rental car expense. I was not informed that it would be longer until I called in on day 4 and requested an ETA. No explanations were left on my phone anytime during the 10 days unless I called in myself out of curiosity. There were two auto texts but they were not particularly informative. Not the best communication and really I think you should have comp'd the additional rental car charges.
