No huge issue... there is a tire in my trunk... unsure why. I tried to ask questions when I picked the car up but the rep who I worked with was not the person I checked out with.
Do I keep the tire? Is it damaged? If not, why was it replaced...
Also, as the rep walked me out he told me that they washed the car but the sacramento dust got to it... it was clearly not washed. Which is also not a big deal, but don’t tell me that you did if you didn’t.
All in all, fast service and good communication throughout the repairs. Just not at the end.
