Cooks Collision - Sacramento - 20th Street

On the day my car was going to be ready I got a text update that said my car was almost ready and you guys would call if there were any hold ups. I thought the text was very vague and not helpful for planning the rest of my day, I waited to hear from you guys. Around 2pm I finally just gave your office a call and Marlene helped make sure I got my car on time. She was great, but I wish the text messages had been more helpful.

He seemed to really care about meeting our satisfaction and this is the second time he helped us.
