My only complaint was I didn't get updated as to the status of my vehicle. I was told that I would get daily updates but never did and I had to call them to find out if it was done!

After 2 weeks, 2 new bumpers, 4 times repainting the bumper, and between two different shops... my Lexus finally looks right.
I will never go with GEICO express repair service again and am bothered that I feel strong-armed in doing do.
